Delivery + Returns
Do you deliver overseas?
We currently only offer domestic shipping within Singapore. We’re looking to expand as soon as we can though, so sign up for our newsletter or follow us on our social channels to be updated when we do.
What are your delivery rates?
We offer free domestic (Singapore) shipping, within 3-4 working days.
We do not process or deliver over weekends, so all orders after 12pm on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday before noon.
I received the wrong item from what I ordered!
Our bad. Please contact us with your order number and item and we’ll pick up / deliver your correct item within 7 days. Shipping rates incurred here will be on us. If the item in question is out of stock, please let us know if you’d like to wait for it to be restocked or to be refunded.
I’ve just purchased some items. Can I pick them up instead of waiting for delivery?
At the moment all our items are based on delivery. We will explore pick up options sometime down the line if possible.
What is your refund policy?
We accept refunds only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt within 7 days. We do not do refunds for change of mind, unfortunately. After 7 days from receipt we will not accept any requests for refund. Any product that has been used will not be accepted or refunded. Products returned should be in brand new condition in its original packaging.
As we handle fragile goods we are more than careful to ensure all items leave our location intact and for transit to minimise any damage whatsoever. Once you have received your product and if it is found to be damaged, please immediately take a photo of the parcel (the box it was delivered in) and the product itself with the damage, and send it through to us. For us to be able to process the refund, we will need these images within 7 days of item your receipt with your order details.
In some cases we may arrange a pick up of the item. Once the item has returned to us, been inspected and accepted, we will issue the refund. Again, any product that has been used will not be accepted nor refunded.
Do you offer exchanges to other items in lieu of refunds?
We’re sorry but we do not at this time. Please re-order your items on the store.
